sir how can i change my religion legally ? I am Hindu now ? Can one have more than one religion legally ? who govern and decide about the choices of religion , Can it be any religion of world ?

Hi Sir, We are a tenant of a commercial property since more than 40 years in which my grand father and my father was doing business. we have maintained that property in terms of structural maintenance with regularly paid rent slips and electricity bills. when my grandfather died, owner of that property file a suit for eviction, as my father doing business over there the decision of district court was given in favor of my father. In 2011 my father was died and after that i takeover the possession of said property and owner of said property charged me some amount to change the name in rent slip. i have paid the amout and the rent slip was name/favour of me but the property is locked since 2011 because i working/doing job in a private company. i am also maintaining that property as my father did in terms of paid rent or electricity bills etc, i usually open that property twice or thrice in a month. The owner of that property was a wealthier/financially strong man and he does not have any requirement for the said property. In recent days i got a news that owner of said property that the same has been sold/collaborated with some builder and they are asking/threatening me for eviction of that property. He is also giving me option to purchase the said property but in lieu of high amount more than market value and also giving me option to release that property in very nominal/small amount. sir kindly suggest me what to do because i don't want to release that premises.

Author : venkat Posted 16 days ago Respected Sir, My mother executed a registered will in favour of me in 2002. That land was self acquired by my mother she had pattadar passbook and title deed by her name. I have two brothers and one sister. They got partition through registered will of my Father. There is no dispute in the family. I was enjoying the above property from Jan 2011 after my mother death as per the registered will. Recently I approached the Thahasildar and applied for making entries into my passbook from my mother passbook. The Thahasildar gave a notice to me to produce all my brothers and sisters to conduct enquiry about the registered will. I submitted recent encumbarance certificate as a proof that there is no other will is executed. My brothers and sister submitted their no objection letters against the will and for the sanction of pattadar passbook in my favour through registered post as they are living various places. But the Thahasildar gave orders to me it is compulsory to atted brothers and sister, the document writer and the members who put their signatures in the registered office before the sub-registrar. It took three months time for this process from the date of my application. My quiry is 1.Is it compulsory to produce my brothers, sister, document writer and the witnessed persons at Thahasildar office for enquiry? (Even though there is a registerd will in my favour and there is no objections against me from the execution of the will). REPLY

Hi We are having a petty shop in bangalore form 23 years and have paid all the rents for all the month till now . the owner had ORALLY promised us not to vacate the shop for the next two years and we have not made any agreement in writing . NOW Yesterday his grand son came to us and told to vacate the property immediately or else he will forcibily makes to vacate the property . The Shop is run by my Mother from past 20 years is there any provision In LAW ( in eyes of the court) if we take this case to the Court . will be at the advantageous side as the shop is run by a women... as the shop is run by a women

DEAR SIR, (For my block on 2nd floor ,Hall on 1st floor and shop on ground floor). Builder give me the possession letter on 2006 for my block on 2nd floor ,hall on 1st floor and shop on groundfloor.i occupied hall and block but practically he shut down the shutter shop no 1 and 2 and he frequently told me the wall is to be build up between two shops.But after 2008 i came to know when he opened the shutter by the third person that he has already sell out the shop to third party on 2007 .So i have give him the notice to builder and third party by lawyer on 2008 AND I FILLED CHEATING CASE ON 2009 AT Borivali .Mainly i have no money as i am retired person, and i spend all money in this property.So can i file the suit for possetion under specific performance act .. in 2013.(ie stay order,commissioner etc in ct court..)I want to know is there any time limitation THAT U CAN'T CLAIM THE POSSESSION NOW. 1)Any order is past that we have to claim the possession within 3 years of time limit..? 2)under what section.. Because builder is saying that u should suit a file within 3 years of time limit. Please HELP I want to know is there any law that we cant claim the possession after 3 years.. thanks for help....
