being harassed by mail,SMS etc by a boy(resident of Nagpur) on daily basis whom she had befriended during her BE studies in Nagpur.It was just a friendship and nothing more than that.The boy is of the assumption that my daughter will marry him in the long run but practically it was not the case and that is not feasible also because he was from UP and we we are bengalees and also the boy is not settled.Now my daughter has come back to her native place in jamshedpur after completing her studies and is with her parents.The boy is threatening my daughter to come over to Nagpur otherwise he will file a complaint with police or in court of law in Nagpur citing the following vague complaints: i)That my daughter had passed the one paper in BE(5th semester)because the boy has lined up with the university authorities to get her passed during reassessment process of the university for one paper which she failed originally. Here it may please be noted that the University has long back issued the degree certificate declaring that she has passed all the semesters of the BE. Even if the boy complained to the university of this issue can the university take action and withdraw the degree awarded long back to my daughter by them, ii)the boy has collected photocopy of first page and last page of the passport of my daughter from somewhere and is telling that he will tell the police to block the passport so that she will not be able to go abroad nor she will be able to get married to a nice guy. We have tried several times to make the boy understand and forget the relationship but he is not listening. Pls. advise as to what to do. i)Is the case criminal in nature. ii)Am i to hire a lawyer to fight the case in case the boy files a complaint suit in Nagpur which he is threatening to do.Can i file a counter complaint in my native place in jamshedpur court and take the hearing done in jamshedpur court only since i fear threat at nagpur from the boy for my daughter and self iii) is the case tenable in the court of law iv)Is it a mere threatening by the boy for the sake of getting married my daughter v) shall i take up the issue with Nagpur SP or Commissioner to restrain the boy. Pls. advise on urgent basis.My family is totally disturbed Pls. help with ur valuable opinion Regards SK majumdar

I have a property in delhi i have made a agreement of collaboration with the builder on a 50 rupees stam-paper not registered. In the agreement he made me his partner and told me as we finish the construction we will sell the 2nd floor and the profit will be shared between both of us equally Now in the middle of the construction the building stopped the work of my building and started blackmailing me and want the floor to be sold out by giving excuse of shot of funds and want to sell the floor to his cousin at a cheap rate.. i have send him a notice by my lawyer in return he filed a case against me and my mother as the property is in name of my mother that we have cheated him and son and mother are fooling him and he is unable to construct the building with foolish excuses...and now he want a stay also he want to construct the building and want us to vanish and we do not interrupt as he want he will make the building.. this case has now been in court for past 2 years now in between he contacted our lawyer to give him bribe that he should help him to give a stay on our building so that he can blackmail us... as we are a native from LUCKNOW and my nanajee has given this delhi property to my mother..so we have come here for the construction.. now please let us know what to do in this case also can the agreement can be canceled or how we can come out from this net of builder.. as many property dealers and builders has told us that we have to compromise with the builder no other option we have also the builder has ruined the image of our building to all the property dealers.. I am really fed up ... Please suggest me a solution how to put this builder behind bars i want to take a serious action against this builder who has fooled us for past 2 years how t put this many behind bars... Also he is demanding a sum of 60 lacks..to leave my building as it is...for a negotiation .. as he is now becoming a mafia... with no regrets and no fear .. i really want to teach this man a lesson so that he cannot in his whole life can do this to anyone else.. please suggest me what to do ?? i really need you r help and advice..

Last 21st march, 2013, family court give me orders, by mutual concern, now my husband not followed this compromise order, now what to do ? judges give me maintenance orders, case no : 671/2008 I.e.first 30 months,8000/-, next 30 months, 12000/- and from 1st march 2013, 18,500/-, regualary payto me by my husband, and i have to withdraw all cases, i.e 498, 406,420, domastic violance act, and we both now neverdoe any cases on each other,like, 494, 497,etc., and we have to take judicial saperatio order from court. My husband current salary package is 25 lac. than also i got this type of order. I accept this order and at that time my husband mutually agreed and done compromise deed in court now he told that he will not accept this order. now what i do. Plz. help me. Jalpa Rajendra Kakkad
