    Hello sir, I recently booked one flat in Pune. I paid 4 Lacks to them as booking. Now they are delaying the project. I lost interest in the project and want to cancel my booking. I am worried that will builder will pay my money. If he deduct how much he will deduct from the amount and what will be the procedure. can you please help me with this. Regards, Amar.

    My wife ( read her parents ) filed a case against me for the NULLITY of MARRIAGE proving me a fraud stating some false allegations like, I wanted all her money in my account. or I wanted all her golden ornaments, I had extra marital relation with many women etc. The case is still running even after 2.5 years. They didnt demand anything from me, but NULLITY of the Marriage. But it is very disappointing that she started saying everything against me at court as her lawer and parents say to her. She has also demanded in that case that we never had any conjugal relation. Now I want to 1) proof that her parents are the main culprit who forcibly interfered in a relation between two adults. Is the mobile audio recording and thousands of chat messages are there. 2) The marriage is valid not Null & Void. I have many pictures and videos which easily prove that we had conjual relations. Though we never had a social marriage and we used to stay together (at my quarter) whenever we got chance without informing anyone. 3)They have submitted my blog in the court demanding that I have maligned their reputation saying all those in my blog. 4) I am ready for mutual divorce but they want Nullity of Marriage proving me afraud. How can I fight for this not to prove me a fraud and to prove that the marriage happened out of our love and affection with the consent of both of us. I also want to prove her parents are the criminals who interfered and broke our relation. Can I demand Restitution of my Conjugal rights? Will that help me somehow? 5) Who will be the best lawer for this...because I notice that my present lawer is just making money as the advocate of my wife is also doing. I think they have some understanding to linger the case so that they can earn more money. I think so, because till now only one PH has been done in 2.5 years.
