Sir, I am a Law student Wanted to ask that When case Under Crpc 125 requires proof of adultery to be proved then what will be the implications of standing case when husband is married and another women is not married? Moreover, If wife does not have any proof to prove the income of husband and only have some property assessment papers alonwith some investment schemes made by the husband then how court will determine the maintenance claim?

Dear All Experts; Party "A" has land in non Urban Area. 12000 Sq.ft. Party "A" want to build house there for Bona Fied Residential Purpose. Land is agriculture land. Area of house is 650 sq.ft. My father enterned into sale agreement on feb 2008 with the condition that within 11 month remaining money will be paid. However it did not happen but he has paid considereable amt in part and we have the proof (receipt). He passed away in 2011. We would like to execute the sale now. but the vendor is refusing and evading from us. Pls advise

Hello sir, I recently booked one flat in Pune. I paid 4 Lacks to them as booking. Now they are delaying the project. I lost interest in the project and want to cancel my booking. I am worried that will builder will pay my money. If he deduct how much he will deduct from the amount and what will be the procedure. can you please help me with this. Regards, Amar.

sir if a person dies leaving behind some shares of company and one flat , then which certificate he should seek from the court. succession or heirship. i heard in any certificate application we can demand anything. please guide me.
