i make deal with seller of mobile which is registered in ebay.com,,i directly contact with dealer without using ebay.com and we had direct talk that after paying amount i will received product within 3-5 days.. i deposit Rs. 21,000 amount in his account.. now after 1 week i don't receive product and dealer doesn't give me any satisfied answer about delivery,, i had doubt of fraud with me,, so sir i want to know that i am living in Rajkot, gujarat and dealer is in karnal, haryana.. i had proof of payment transfer and e-mail conversation with me and dealer. so how can and where i can report of fraud..and what be the result with this proof.. kindly request for give me right way to complain.. Thanks

Keeping it short i want to take expert advice, as my wife went to her parents home by her own wish, due to some minor differences, she has fild a case u/s 125 for maintenance, Then i filed a case u/s 9 for bringing her back to matrimonial home, Then she filed a case u/s 12 of domestic violence on the basis of vague allegations. Now She has sent me by post a copy of application that she has written to judge for sending me summons u/s 498-a, 406, 120-b. Please advice is it possible for her to file these cases in my case, because she first files maintenance and then domestic violence and now threatening me for 498-a, 406 and 120-b , where as i had already filed a case u/s 9. my friend has a dv case and a divorce case going on. she has filed an FIR too.reason being adultery committed by husband. she has a minor daughter 5yrs.currently with retired parents.she is a doctor by profession and has recently started her practice. as evidence of adultery she has obscene videos of her husband with the said lady.husband is aware of the proofs.in such case she is not ready to settle the matter out of court.her in laws are supporting her husband in this illicit relationship.what is the prognosis of such cases? is there any chance of punishment?
