to stop mobile towers in residential area

beside of my house one open plot is available the owner of thos plot wants to give this plot for 20 yers to install mobile towers i want to stop to construct this tower due to all area is residential please sugest and give some solid reasons and some acts

U go for injunction suit against the owner of the plot and the co., Mobile towers radiance are very effective, it affects the health of the neighbours. U have to prove it.

you can complaint before the district magistrate and also see the aggreement with both parties by the help of r.t.i. and if they donot pay the essencial stamps on the time of aggereement then u can complait in to stamp act.(revember stamp duty is very high and mostly tower companies always stolen the court fees in the of aggereement (my exprience))
