Dear Mr. T. Kalaiselvan,
I thank you for your reply.
Ours is a pagdi System, Cessed property. It is slated for Redevelopment since last 8 years.
We were told that as per the new Govt. ruling, Redevelopment Agreements are valid for a certain period only, they cannot remain valid for many years as in the past.
(our Agreements have remained valid for 8 years).
I just want to know whether what we have heard is true.

Redevelopment agreement is meant for development of Old Buildings, hence it cannot be agreed for long durations. For better understanding go to the following link.
