can a public company or a private company become a subsidiary of a company under sec 25 of companies act..?

if yes then can it enjoy privileges given to a company under sec 25...?

A public company or private company can become a subsidiary of a company registered under section 25 only if the objects of the company are similar to the objects as that of the company registered under section 25
