dying in harness

A boy age 23yrs his father died in dec 2005 .He was a government medical officer and his stepmother is also government medical officer at present. he has no any brother n sister .
the problem is he want govt service (dying in harness) but govt rule is, if mother is already in service(govt) no service will be given to son in dying in harness. what will boy do because he is not able to take any benifit to govt and his condition too poor ,step mother do not support to him financialy.he is not able to take leagle action to him .please suggest that what he do.

The Service rules governing the department of the concerned state has to be checked for relief, your query is silent on the same, in many states giving job on compassionate grounds is done away with.

sir,
state is uttar pradesh . compassionate grounds will not providing him because his stepmother is in govt service. father`s retirement is July 2010.if his step mother is not supporting him isteated of food n living which is temperory .......

as for as ur statement cocern, his father is ex govt emplyoee, and even have second wife,is he married her legaly or not.
if they married legaly , if it not legaly then he has eligible too. just explain little brief abt it

Pl. talk to the office colleauge of Late father and ask him to have intro with the Union Leader who will be the best person to take up the issue.
