It is difficult to give a sample draft here. You have to file a writ of habeas corpus. Basically you have to state in the grounds that the police has unlawfully detained the mother. Give details of police station, date of detention etc. Add a prayer requesting the court to direct the police to produce the mother before the court and a further direction to restore her liberty.
