Gd Mng All Experts,
Pl provide me a draft of supplementary deed to be executed for alloting the new flat to an existing customer in place of his existing alloted flat in the same project.

This Supplementary Deed is executed on this.....day of.......2010 between 1. M/s...........having its registered office at........ through its Secretary................(say party no. 1) and 2. Sh. .......son of ............son of .........resident of .............(Say party no. 2) in the presence of witnesses on the following terms and conditions:
1. That the party no. 1 had allotted a flat no. ----to Party no. 2 on the basis of terms and conditions contained in Allotment Deed dated ..........duly executed between the parties hereinabove.
2. That the possession of aforementioned allotted flat no. ____ cannot be given to party no. 2 by Party no. 1 due to some technical reasons hence both the parties herein-above agree to transfer flat no. ___in place of flat no. ___ situated in the same society and having the same measurement and value.
3. That both the parties herein have mutually agreed to treat the allotment of flat no. ---in place of originally attoltted flat no. ----and thus from today onwards the party no. 2 shall take the possession of flat no. ---from party no. 1 and all the terms and conditions of the already executed allotment-deed dated ......
