Can trustee claim the premises

dear, i have made an agreement of tenancy with trustee of charitable trust in mumbai, i have paid 4 registration n stamp duty but its been 6 months until now trustee has not given me any agreement paper,stampduty,registration paper n rent receipt, i m in possession of the said premises, they always delaying the matter, please help

It appears they simply realized from you the charges but nothing has been acted upon by them.
To verify you can inquire at local sub registrar office in whose jurisdiction the property let to you situate by making an application and paying the prescribed
nominal fees prefixed.
If you do not find in the register any discription about the property and your self and trustee,then you should conclude that my guess is correct.

dear,i have personally with trustee gone in 4 registration n stampduty we both have taken photograph n signed in sub-registrar office but for copy n rent receipt they are delaying me
