What are the requirements for registering the property and how is fees calculated on it ?

The required documents are ownership proof of the seller(sale deed obtained by the seller from his Vendee, tax receipts if any, residence proof of the seller as well as purchaser, PAN card or in absence a declaration, black and white photos of both seller as well as purchaser.

The fees will be calculated on the value of the property fixed by the government in that locality.
