Which documents requier to submit to magistrate at the time of release of Suspect under CRPC 169 by IO? Its necessey to IO to inform compaintant before submitt CRPC169 to magistrate?

No its not necessary for the IO to inform the complainat. IO has to make a note in his Case Diary and the suspect may be released.The responsibility of the release of the suspect lies directly on IO. The court is notified if the case is registered by Police Station u/s 156(3) crpc

NOT I.O. BUT COURT IS REQUIRED TO GIVE NOTICE TO THE COMPAINANT BEFORE ACCEPTING REPORT U/S 169 Cr.P.C.

I.O. not taken any statement of mine or inform me about relese of suspect under crpc 169. Request report under crpc169 submitted to court as on 13.05.10.

If FIR submitted in magistrate Court without signature of Police Station officer or IO or any other officer and also no signature on the statement of the complainant, what effect it gives? Who is responsible for that? Even suspect is also released by submitting request report under CRPC 169 by IO.
