SIR, YOU MAY KINDLY MENTION THE EXACT DETAILS FOR HELP. ANY COURT MATTERS FILED REGARDING MATRIMONIAL DISPUTES SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE.KINDLY NOTE THAT MOST OF THE CURRENT ACTS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MARRIED WOMAN SO IT IS ADVISIBLE FOR ALL CONCERNED THAT UNLESS SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE IS THERE FURTHER AND UNNECESSARY LITIGATIONS SHOULD NOT BE FILED.THIS IS JUST FOR SAVING TIME MONEY AND MENTAL PEACE OF ALL CONCERNED.OF COURSE COURT MATTERS DIFFER FROM FACTS OF EACH CASE.SO TAKE YOUR OWN DECISION.GOOD LUCK.

By the way, which rule of Government servant debars a Government servant from spending a huge amount in a year about which you want to file complaint to various departments?
Making such complaints would merely turn to be an act of frustration by the accused and his advocate instead of concentrating on the main issues.

1)Complaint/petition To Vigilance
a. U/s 10 for abetment[when giving dowry] for sectino 8 & 9 as provided in Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988
b. U/s 25A for msiconduct[ for giving dowry] as provided in Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964
c. U/s 9 for msiconduct[for not informing about Acquiring or disposing of immovable/moveable property (Annexure-I, II)] as provided in Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964
If so,
complainant[myself] presence is requried to the State vigilance Commission or a letter with enclsoure sent through speed post would do.
