Want to know how to file case in cheque bounce matter?

First of all issue a statutory legal notice demand the cheque amount to be paid within 15 days. In case, the same is not paid , then u can initiate the criminal complaint before the appropriate court within 30 days. It would be better to hire a Lawyer for proceeding in the matter.
