Dear experts,
Brief facts-
I had transferred from NR, Lucknow to NER, Shilling, dated 27.02.2015, w.e.f 1st April 2015. Accordingly, I had joined GSI,NER, Shillong on 10.04.2015 availing 10 days of Joining period. I have successfully completed my tenure of 2 years posting at NER, Shillong.
As per new transfer and placement policy that person who has completed full tenure in NER, will be considered for posting of his choice ( at home town lucknow).
But after completion of 2 years tenure posting at NER, Shillong Chief headquarter,Kolkata authority transferred me to Chandigarh, w.e.f 1st May 2017.
now I want to file the case in CAT at lucknow.But some body told me this place is not your juriduction place . U can file the case in shillong, Meghalaya.
Kindly advice and suggest where I can file the CAT case ?

This case relates to termination of shikshan sevak in one of the private aided school in maharashtra, who was found surplus by educational authorities.The teacher is reinstated by order of School Tribunal. with back wages.
since the school is aided ,is the state responsible to pay back wages. The education Dept. was ex. parte in the matter.

Dear Sir,
I'm working in a MNC in Gurgaon Office. This Company has the head Office & factory in Chandigarh.
our working hours in Gurgaon is
Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Saturday 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Total Working Hours in a week is 50 Hours.
I want to know that is there any rule of Haryana govt. for maximum working hour in a week or per day.
this is a Regional Sales Office and all working staff is middle Level Management or Manager Level, there is no labour work or labour staff.
kindly share your knowledge regarding the Maximum working hours in gurgaon (Haryana)

My pf withdrwal papers were recieved by my ex emolyer on 3rd jan 2017as per POD of speed post.
I got an acknowledgment from them on 23rd March for the same.
They informed me that the papers will be submitted to PF OFFICE by 19th april and give me an acknowledgemnt.
Today is 21st i have got no mail from them. i have been sending mails to MD, HR. But no one bothers to revert.
Its been more than 3 months my papers are lying with them
What to dow now? Please suggest

I filed the case Under S -33C (2) Recovery.
Labour Court vadodara has given the Ex-patre Judgement in favour of me, only once written statement submitted by them, stating that this court has no jurisdiction and applicant is not coming under definition of worker.
2. After Verdict Co. filed re-opening of case under Sec- 26(A). Co. Lawyer has Submitted H.C.& SC Judgements stating that Labour Court has no power to decide Bonus and when applicant status of worker is a dispute. Guj HC 2005 LLR-87,Guj St. Vs Devji
bhai tapubhai. SC{C.A. No.6550/99 dt.14 Nov 2000, SBI Vs Ramchandra Dubey & Others.
3. besides under S-10(1)of 1947, Applicant has to prooved his Pre-Existing right.
4. Has labour court given the right Judgements, first in favour of me and later
in favour of Opponent.
5. Opponent submitted the reply in first hearing but later not represented by Lawyer or self.if labour court has no power than why took the case in his court being a judge,wasting of time.
6. Now should i file a Suit in Civil District or Labour Highcourt and under which Act & section, pl guide me.

i left a hotel in 2009, however as left out of country. now when i came back i keep asking my x hotel for my date of joining & leaving, they keep saying call later. can i register a complaint against them.

We work private Ltd company past 12 years, now we resignation, but they are given full and final settlement only Leaves on basic salary, But my question is before who quit the job they settlement on gross basis, but now they're give basic, we have others person settlement copy, what we can do.
Bouns also not paid last 12 years, how we can claim, please suggest me

Please guide me to know about a particular case that my friend is facing.
The friend joins a company six month before & signed the employee non-disclosure agreement. But now that the boss has found the employee is more knowledgeable than him, he is out to make him sign a new agreement.Since he is not ready to sign so he is spreading bad news about my friend.The reason that my friend is not ready to sign the document is it will impact severely with future employability.So, my friend wants to resign as he feels that it is the correct way. But I wanted to know, is this actually possible? Can the boss forcefully make an employee sign an agreement? What is the way out without going to Police/ court or something like that? Is my friend really correct about resigning, please advice because I have no clue about it nor does he have. Also want to intimate that he is making him sign a document on the date of joining that means in April my friend will be signing a document for October.

As per new transfer and placement policy for Group A & B (gazetted) officers of Geological Survey of policy laid down by Ministry of Mines, GSI, circulated with vide Office Memorandum No. 300/050/HRD/TP/2016/20 dated 25.07.2016, I have completed my NER tenure of 2 years in April 2017.Further, “the Para 5 regarding the transfer/posting in the North Eastern Region, it is also clearly mentioned in sub Para 5.2, that person who has completed full tenure in NER, will be considered for posting of his choice (one time)”.
But after completion of 2 years tenure posting at NER, Shillong Chief headquarter, Kolkata authority transferred me to Chandigarh, w.e.f 1st May 2017.I am relieving from 1st may 2017 from Shillong.Now my juridiction will be Northern Region. I thing so like that.

Kindly advice and suggest where I can file the CAT case ? At Chandigarh, Shillong or Lucknow CAT ? In my opinion I can file the case from lucknow. because lucknow is the Headquarter of Northern zone and Chandigarh also come in Northern zone . Kindly suggest me .
