2 months ago I started using telegram and I went on a group there was a girl saying vc available so to see if it was real I DM her and she said 80 rupee and I did payment but she didn't vc now after 2 months someone call me and says that this girl is arrested and are asking 3600 rupee and saying if I didn't do payment they will capture my parents PLEASE HELP

My mom has been married to my father for 25 years. In the past few years she is being abused both mentally and physically. My mom is a homemaker and she has no financial support. We only have voice recordings , no video proof of violence. What can we do?

Case pertains to sexual harrasment and molestation in lower court. Against the interm order of lower court CRMMO u/s 482 was filed and same has been dismissed. Now I want to file SLP online before supreme court. My query is under main category selected criminal matters(1400) and sub category whether to select "sexual harrasment, abduction etc(1404) or to select appeal u/2 enlargement of jurisdiction (1420).. please advise

The person booked under 107/151 got bail from SEM, now can he or his family member file complaint against other party? As police didn't booked the other party for his injuries. Injuries are mention in MLR.

Hi All,
Seven years ago, a case was filed against me under sections 279 and 337, and it is still ongoing. My bike hit the another bike and I never assume that guy will file a case against me after 25 days of accident. it was a very small hit to each other. The last time, the magistrate informed me that I could either compromise with the other party, appeal in a higher court, or accept guilt. My question is, if I am charged by the court, will it have any impact on my passport request? Additionally, what should I fill in the passport application form regarding the fine? Please suggest the next steps to resolve this matter. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you to all members

Police recorded statement of witnesses and implicated two person, later case was investigated by other officers and he again wrote statements in which earlier statements were resiled or falsified and those accused declared innocent
So my question is whether police can rewrite statements under section 161 several time

1. from which date the the new Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (Second) will be enacted?
2. Will it be applicable on the FIRs applicable before the date, our Hon'ble President has signed on the relevant bill ?

Bank fraud case but rectified from my end
As a bank manager I involved in a bank fraud case not intentionally for using Rs 90 lacs by opening OD account in my sister name by investment in stock market without proper knowledge & thought to close in one month by selling my ancestors property. How ever i repaid the full amount to bank with interest in 10 days. But mean while they filed an FIR under 409 & 420 bank & terminated me from services. & also I received no dues letter from bank for OD account. Now after 18 months i got notice from court to attend for hearing. How serious will this be for my career if they sentenced me to jail ?? Or is there any chance by quashing the case by court as i repaid the full amount and as an punishment i lost the job also. Please suggest the next steps to resolve this matter.
