Can a megistrate grant bail in cases which are punishable with life imorisonment U/S 437 Cr.P.C.?

2003 STPL DC 117 M.P., between Surendra Singh Vs. Shanker Joshi, Date of Judgment is 29-10-2002.
2004 STPL(DC) 322 P & H between M/s Kumar Rubber Industries Vs. Sohan Lal, Date of Judgment is 14-09-2001.

two accused persons were tried for an offence u/s 379 r/w 34 ipc. 2 nd accused was im- plicated on the basis of an alleged confession of 1 st accused.how far ths confession admissible, especially when recovery was effected from 1 st accused ?

Accused went to petrol pump station and asked the man to fill the petrol. The man filled the petrol and after that the accused went away with his car without payment.Will it be a case of thief?

If in a rape case with a married woman, it is proved that it was with her consent, can the accused be held guilty of adultery U/S 497 IPC ? suo-moto by court or on the complaint of husband ?
