RAJASTHAN TENANCY ACT 1955
As per sec 42 of rajasthan . tenancy Act, no agricultural land of sc/ st can be transfer other than sc/ st person,
my question is, whether a company can purchase agricultural land of sc/ st in its name ? if so any citation or judgement?

Dear Experts,
my client is involved in a case of bounce cheque and later the court after hearing only 1 and half witness (the witness escaped after deposing half and did not turn up next day) closed the case and not considered our plea to call the witness or to examine a very important witness.
later on the court change and the new court has directed us to file some papers and also to file our defence to call the other witness including the one who has not been allowed to deposed.
Experts please give me some citation that when the case has been closed, by which method we may again represent to call the witness who had already deposed himself.
it is a very urgent matter please give citation.

If in the case of criminal breach of trust matter in which amount exceeds two thousand rupees,whether it is compountable as per amendment in the cr.p.c.

my account has been closed by the bank, now the complainant has filed the complaint under 138 of NI Act,fro the bounce of the cheque for account closed, is it comes under NI 138?

Dear Sir's,
This refers to DV case file by wife. She has apart form asking 10K maintenance for baby & 20 Lac compensation (to harassed me).through same application
She is asking me to provide cast certificate for our baby so baby can get admission in school’s am ready to get cast certificate for our baby.
Now for this I need to enroll first the name of wife & our Daughter in ration card & then I can apply for cast certificate coz to get cast certificate I need to produce ration card & if name of wife & baby is missing then they might refuse to give it. Now my question is
1. Without putting my wife’s name in ration card can I get the cast certificate?
2.if it is must to enter name of wife in my ration card for getting cast certificate, then can it harm or help me in anyways in the case she has put up against me under 498A,420 in 2007 & now DV in 2009.
I have not enter her name in my ration card coz she has not given me required documents in past.
We have married in 2006.

DEAR SIR,
DURING MY STINT AS ACCOUNTANT WITH A BANK BRANCH I PASSED A CHEQUE ON WHICH SIGNATURE WAS FORGED. AFTER WE CAME TO KNOW THIS WE GOT THE COMPROMISE MADE BETWEEN THE ACCOUNT HOLDER AND PAYEE AND OBTAINED GENUINE SIGNATURE OF ACCOUNT HOLDER ON THE SAME CHEQUE. NOW AFTER 1 YEAR THE ACCOUNT HOLDER HAS MADE AN ISTGASA IN COURT UNDER SECTION 420 ,467, 468 ,471 ,120 B WHO DIRECTED POLICE TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. PLEASE HELP. WHAT SHOULD I DO. PLEASE ALSO GIVE THE RRELENANT SECTION OF LAW FOR MY DEFENCE

If, a private complaint filed against to the police officer that he acted beyond his scope, the sanction under section 190 Cr.P.C., is required?

If, the power of attorney can file a private complaint on behalf of the executant, may state relevant citation.

whether in a 138 NI Act case while admitting the debt,can the accused request the court to allow him to pay the whole debt in installments? Is such plea entertainable ?
