Private complaint filed under section 200 of Cr.P.C. before criminal court. The same is referred to police for report and investigation. The police filed report as false case.
There is any limitation for filing of protest petition. and under what provision ?

I am working for a private bank as credit manager for personal loans.We have recently sanctioned a personal loan to person for Rs 7.5 lakhs.But we subsequently found that the personal forged all the documents pay slip,bank statements,address proof etc..
He has prepared duplicate payslips.. while he not working actually.
he has prepared a bank statement duplicate.
We have filed a FIR and recovered Rs 4 lakhs from his bank accounts. We have taken all his bank cheque books, atm cards from all his bank accounts, Pan Card, Passport , original educational certificates and his personal laptop.
More importantly he has applied this loan with his 2nd pan card. We have also found that he has 2 pan cards with different date of birth.
In the meanwhile he is absconded with his famil. We could not trace him for the last 5 months.
Now my doubts are ;
We have taken his passport and pan card. Do we have right to take his passport? If no what should we do now?
Can we intimate the incometax department that this person hold more than one pan card?
Can we ask the Income tax department to intimate the bank if he again applied for new pan card( this is because so that we can trace his address)?
Can we ask the banks (where he holds personal savings&investment accounts) to intimate us incase he comes to branch for any transaction?
What are the other actions we can take to find him to recover the money?

Is there a time limit in which i need to file a case u/s 138 after sending a notice???
It has been a month now but have not yet received the confirmation from the Registered AD about the receipt of the notice to the clients...

i have left my husband house about 1 year ago because he is not earning and not have a single penny for daily expenses. and now from one year he is not attending my phone and none of his relative are ready for any talk. now i want divorce from him, what should i do, should i file divorce on the basis of cruelity or should i go to local s.s.p and give application to him or should i take help from domestic voilence, please advice me the best way to get divorce from him.

IPC 420 & 471
In 2006 i was booked under IPC 420 & 471 for having 2 PP. After i came out on bail the judge said me to come back when i receive summon from court. But till now no charge sheet has been filed from my PS. In this duration my lawyer passed away and i dont have any copy of case so with the help of his assistant i have applied for a copy from court but the reply is they have misplaced my file and still searching from the last 6 months.
Both of my PP are in court.
My Queries are :
1. Is there a time limit for IPC 420 & 471 to be solved in certain period?
2. Now its 4 years nothing happened so will my case get dismissed by any chance?
3. Please advise as i am facing lot of problems without any job here.
