hi i am acccused of asking for dowry at wife house, which I did not and did not even visit that place duration said period. How can i request telecom provider to provider details of place from call by made by me.
I was in roaming it show state, but how can i get details of location.
Polices does not want to investigate the case for some known reason.

How can common man request telecom provider to provide details of telephone activty, ie where mobile was at particular point of time.

Dear Brothers,
Is it possible for an accused to be discharged in a trial ,after the trial has started, instituted by a police report u/s 245[2] CrPC?
In case sec 245[2]CrPC only concerns cases instituted by direct complaints before magistrates then is there any other provision by which an accused may be discharged for paucity of evidence during trial by the trial magistrate in a warrant case?

Sir,
my friend has accused u/s 366 ipc, He is married having 2 kids too, victim girl is adult n knows dat he is married, police has got victim girl lonely at accused flat, she refused to gave medical test n gave statement in accused favour, after dat police gave final report in cjm court, where the complaintet (victim's father) has just wrote i hv accepted dis report, nw is case have any other formalities or closed. Pl suggest........

Dear All,
Can I have an expert opinion on the following issue which is faced by one of my friend.
1. My friend was an govt employee and was working in A town and compelled to resign from his job for some reson / union problem/envy etc.
2. He had availed Personal loans / credit cards etc from Banks / financial institution.
3. He was paying his dues regularly till he come out of the job and could settle only to a few out of the retirement fund etc. Due to threat and forceble confinement from the pvt moneynlender etc and further to support his family he left the A city and come to live in B city.
4. All this happend in the year 2000-2002 and he has availed all the loans etc also during that period.
5. He settled in B city during 2004.
6. After settling in B city he could early only a smaller salary and that is sufficient to support his family alone hence he did not pay any of his loan borrowals / credit card dues.
7. Now, some how some collection agents or other sources tracing his telephone number giving annonymous calls for payment etc and they are giving arrest threat also.
8. In these circumstances he is much worried in case something happens what sort of protection he can take as he cannot pay any amount as per his present condition.
Pl advise what has to be done to protect himself and his family.

There are various affidavits given to court in mutual consent divorce.
However the court passes only a decree " dissolving the marriage".
1)What is the status of affidavits given to court,not mentioned in decree?
2)Are thay affidavits valid
3)If a party does not comply with conditions in affidavits , but not a part of decree,, will it amount to contempt of court
4) Will prosecution be criminal or civil contempt

Is copy of marriage certificate mandatory for police to file chargesheet for 498a?
neither husband or wife is questioning vaildating of marriage.
