Hello sir, My son is in class 12.
we belong to obc category (central & state list of karnataka). My husband is serving air force officer of the rank of wing commander ( rank below colonel equavalent to lt colonel) drawing salary more than 6 lakhs per annum. Now i would like to know whether my son is eligible to get obc non creamy layer certificate. please advise me. with thanks

Sir I am student of second semester in a private engineering college in bangalore.Due to financial problems in my family I am forced to discontinue engineering.The college made a agreement of paying the fees for subsequent years in case of leaving the institution in between with my parents.Now they are refusing to give back my puc level certificates which is with the college.But at any cost my father cannot afford the fees.In such a situation I am going to loose my certificates or shall I make a new certificate on behalf of its loss so that I get away of all problems.But will it be correct?Please help.

Sirs,
I joined a 5-Year Integrated Degree in Software Engineering, offered by an AICTE-approved Engineering College. I applied for an "Equivalence Certificate" thinking that my course is at least EQUAL to 4-year B.E. The University that framed syllabi/duration etc, of both the said courses, has certified my 5-Year course as NOT EQUAL to B.E. I paid fees equivalent to that of B.E. I am perturbed. Can I approach the Consumer Court to compensate - since I had studied a course inferior to a 4 year course? I feel cheated. Kindly advise if this matter comes under Consumer Act. Thanks Sirs.

please advise me how should i notify the university regarding to the following notice-
university has send me a notice as-
Dear candidate,this is in reference to your thesis submitted for the partial fulfillment of the award of the degree of M.Tech in computer science from Uttar Pradesh Tech. University. university has checked plagiarism and found 35% originality of research work without reference. student has to notify why university should not take administrative action, when affidevit of plagiarism was deposited by the student.this percentage should be above 80% which is required to send the thesis for evaluation. necessary changes have to be made by the candidate for his/her report.
this plagiarism is an online software which check for the duplicate contents if copied from somewhere. my guide told me that the work is orignal and i didn't checked it on plagiarism software but i have deposited an affidavit that it was thoroughly checked. i am innocent and had no idea about this notice of university because i did this work first time.
please advise me what should i write in my notice to university.

I am a student of company secretaryship final and also pursuing LLB from Delhi university lc-2 centre.currently i am searching for 15 month cs training .Our CS institute now have permitted the CS student to do there training from law firm also . so now i am confused to weather to do training from a company or from law firm and i also don't now that am i eligible for imparting training from law firms according to there rules because i am in 2nd semester.please help me .

Sir, i wrote a exam on 9/12/2012 for Cooperative bank assistants post (3500 post). Everything they conducted the exam with genuine manner. but due to some political pressure they file a case in high court and canceled that recruitment. Now i want to file case against that judgement. is it possible to file writ petition against that judgement?

Cs 15 months training
Dear Experts
Please guide me. I am undergoing 15 months training in a Company and have completed 9 months. My appointment letter says that if I plan to leave, I will need to serve a notice period of 30 days. Just to inform you that I am expecting and hence would not be able to continue the training as the office is quite far and the journey involved is too long. Please confirm if I need to serve the notice period in order to get an NOC OR I can get the same without any notice period.
I know my Sir will make my life miserable because since the time I have joined, he puts all on the work on me and doesnt involve himself much. He wouldnt want me to leave the company. But my life is taking a new turn and I do not wish to do anything that will affect my unborn baby.
I also do not regret quitting because the work that I mostly do in this Company is in the nature of clerical work as it involves mostly printing, scanning etc. Not much exposure.
Please reply. I need your assistance.
