I am pursuing llb in Sem - 3 from gujarat university and i want to do DTP (Diploma in Taxation and law practice) can i do it with llb ?????

I have finished my 10th in the year 2008 from CBSE board. My mothers real name is Kanta Kanwar, but in the memo is Shanta Kumari and ever since I have used that name i.e, in my 12th and B.tech.
Now i want to correct my mistake and change mothers name to Kanta Kanwar in the memos
Please help me through this process.

i had complete B.com Banking and Insurance in 2007 & Part time MBA in2012, now i want join llb course but evening batch any college u suggest for me, i secured 66% in T.y.bcom (banking & Insurance)

My is Brother was allotted hostel accommodation in reputed educational Institute for his doctoral degree programme Unfortunately he could not complete the program as result the hostel warden has put their lock on the door of the room
In various educational institutes, the students were asked to retain the room till completion of programme but thsi educational institute had made their own norms and forcibly asking the students to find other alternative..In such case whether there is any legal remedy through civil court if the hostel warden adamantly didnot open the room

Dear All ,
Request you for opinion regarding admission in BALLB Course .
My daughter had applied for BALLB five year course after 12th and has following two option for admission in current session 2014-15 .
1 Mewar University ( Chittorgarh ) as per the website mewaruniversity.org the university is approved by UGC and Bar council of India .
2 Chaudhary Charan singh University Meerut
Last date for admissions is 30th June 2014 , Pls suggest which university shall be a better option .

I had finished my FYLLB long back from Government Law College- Mumbai. I now wish to complete the remaining 2 years. I wanted advice as to which is the best college in Mumbai - & why - where I should continue to complete my degree.
Also which specialization today is the most lucrative.

How to get details of a case
I want to get details of case that was fought and won in district court. How can I get the details i.e. documents submitted, arguments made, etc?
