If a same cause of action has two remedies, you approach either of the court's which grants the remedy.
Will alternate remedy be a bar to accept the case if the cause of action is one and the same.
If possible any judgments which say that alternate remedy is not a bar if cause of action are one and the same.

HOW TO CORRECT BOTH NAME
AND ALSO SUGGEST THAT

My name is T.JAGATH PRASANNA. I have all my id's as T.JAGATH PRASANNA but in my ssc,inter and degree certificates it is R.JAGATH PRASANNA. How to change the name in all my certificates.I finished my ssc in 2003 and inter in 2007,distance degree in 2014. Please give answer quickly and help me

Is it possible to change the name order in ssc and hse certificates
my name is harish kasu as per ssc , hse certificates and in btech my name is changed to kasu harish now iam studying final year. will this issue make any problems to me while placements or in future. could u please give the any appropriate solution to solve my problem.
