Hello Sir,
I had taken a loan of 50000 from a friend relative. for the same i had signed a promissory note and gave a cheque.As per the term it was decided 3/- interest ie 1500 pm and 5000 principle paid to be together every month comprising of total 6500pm. i had paid the same to my friend for last 9 months and 1 months balance is due.For last 9 months i haven"t receive any call from lender.Know when i went to lender to pay last instalment, he is refusing to take the instalment and return my notes. i asked why in return he said that he haven"t receive any paisa till date.
i said that i had paid the amount to the so called friend and further said that he had collected the instalments on behalf of your name and previously you had said that i can pay in cash to that person.
the lender is talking in reverse mode that i do not have any link with that man
and i want my money back.
I further said that two of my known persons had taken loan from you and the same person is collecting instalments from them till now, then how could you reject the acceptance of my money which is collected by that person. he had i will call him and ask and later day both of them were on talking in their house.
now the second person ie my so called friend is making reverse drama of not taking of any money from me.And further both of them are advocate and they are blackmailing me of filling of U/S 138 NI Act.
Sir i have call records of both of their previous negotiations in which they accepted the taken amount and pending one instalment is due.
Know i want to know how could i face the situation and further i had given the instruction of STOP PAYMENT of Cheque when presented for clearance.
please give the needy information.....

Dear Sir/Mam,
My Father was working in up goverment department.He was died on Sep 2014.his retirement was on December 2015.I applied for Mratak ashrit job but department raised objection in my job application due my father name is differ in my all education proof.
My father Name was in his service record (IN Company)-RAM MURTI MAURYA
But My Father name is mention in my all educational proof is RAM MURTI SINGH ( till post gratudaion-M.COM)and department raise objection my education proof.
my mother name is RANI MAURYA and her name is also mention my father service record is Rani Maurya But my mother name is also in my all education proof is mention RANI SINGH.
We are three brother and in my all brother education proof my father name is mention RAM MURTI SINGH.
Please help me.I Live in Kanpur

Many universities are offering 2 year LLB general course and 1 year LLB special course.e.g.Anand Uni, gujarat. What is the difference in those and 3 year course. I have completed my M.Pharm and wish to do LLB mainly for the purpose of working as a Trademark Agent and not wish to practice as lawyer as well as i wish to complete LLB in least time.What is the most suitable and reliable option for me out of these..?

I am requesting you to provide a solution to our situation explained below. We are selected by UPSC for a Group A gazetted post in central govt. dept in May 2014. We received recommendation letter from UPSC and after that concerned dept conducted all the pre joining formalities like medical exam, police verification and community verification. All these formulaties are completed in Sep, 2014 and after that the dept. sent our file to Ministry for issuing of offer letter. Our bad time started since then. No response from ministry till now. We contacted secretary of that ministry, filed grievance in pgportal, filed an rti regarding status our file. No one provided any info. When contacted concerned dept they are saying they have finished everything from their side and forwarded the file to ministry for further action. Now we came to know that the minister is reluctant to give us offer.This is our situation. Now please advice what can we do.
1) Can a recruitment conducted by UPSC be cancelled after finishing all these formalities?
2) Whom to approach for positive result?
3) Can we go to CAT or Court?
I request you to please give us guidance...

I want to join LLB course in which university i should start and if i go for Delhi university what is lat date for entrance exam.
Please suggest actually i am also pursuing CA but after attempt lots of Exams i decide to take admission in LLB.

Sir I have completed my 10+2 in traditional way but i completed my grad in distance learning method and now i am perusing LL.B three year so pl guide whether I will be able to practice in court of law as an advocate or I will be not allowed coz legal education rule in sec 6 BCI has elaborated that those student are not eligible who has completed 10+2 or degree or PG directly through distance mode without having any basic qualification for such education

I am migrant to Mumbai, maharashtra from Gujarat since 40 years. I working for Central Govt . I have obtained the OBC caste certificate from Tahasildar, Kurla Taluka, Mulund, Mumbai. for my daughter. However for availing reservation benefits in central institutions Non Creamy Layer certificate (NCL) is needed. When I applied to tahsldar's office for NCL, I was told that the migrants will not be issued NCL. My caste is listed in central OBC list and I have applied for central NCL. Who will issue a non creamy layer certificate for migrants as all the required documents of my daughter belong to the resident state. Can I get the appropriate information? I searched the net but there is no information about NCL for migrants though about caste certificate guide line is there. Migrants do not get reservation benefits in Maharashtra but they are also denied the benefits in central govt. How ridiculous it is!!!!!
