Hello All,
I have executed Sale cum GPA on my property based on two private 100 rs stamp paper agreements. after executing GPA, the other party is not binding to the agreements.
Is there a possibility to cancel the GPA since the other party did not obey the private agreement ?

If 2 companies A, & B undergo for joint development of some part of land and, company A (land owner) execute GPA in favor of person X, employed in Company B- for executing trade and legal documents.
Can person X now execute a GPA in favor of third person Y, to act on his behalf and enjoy all the rights company A vested with person X. Can this person Y act as a party for registering the documents like sale deed?

Dear Experts
I have an issue where in an agreement there is an express term mentioned that the agreement is not valid unless signed by at least two representatives of both Parties, but actually this agreement was signed by only one representative of both parties before two witnesses. My query is - Will this agreement be Valid or Void since it is not signed as per the agreement terms for making it valid ? Can this agreement be enforceable in law ? Is there any case law in support of your answer, if so, please share the citation.
Would appreciate early respond.
Thanks!

Sir,
Please advise that how can we get our property paper as the builder did not give the property paper at the time of buying the house. He then said that he would give the paper later but after 20 years the paper is still not given and now the builder said that he doesn’t have the paper too.
What should we do as we want to sale our house but we know that without paper it can’t be sale. We have only one stamp paper in which he mentioned that he sell the house to us with the amount.
Regards
Neelam
