Dear All,
A service level agreement is executed, for a consideration of Rs.20,000 p.m and period of agreement is for 5 years. Then in such a case what would be the Stamp Duty of such agreement.
Place of parties and execution is in Mumbai. So Bombay Stamp Act would apply as per my knowledge.
All the help would be valuable.
Would the consideration for the sake of agreement be 12 lakhs (20,000*12 months*5 years) ?
Edit1: Though agreement was done on a Rs500 stamp paper. is this sufficient? or stamp duty is compulsory?

Dear All,
Please advise me how do I register boutique in Bangalore and what type of registration is required under karnataka state rules.
Few things to be clarified,
Rented a house of 1000 sq ft purely for residential purpose and planning to open boutique in car garage which is 100 sq ft. ( Is it okay to run business, if landlord agrees? )
Initially we are planning for not doing any kind of sales, only design will be done on clients dresses, ( will it be considered as sales? ) In future we may do sales. So please advise what kind of registration required and approximate cost for the same.
How do I go for tax filing once business is set up and what is the tax exempted amount for the startup.
Once all the registration is completed will apply for bank loan.
Kindly advise.
Thank you everyone in advance.

HI I'm planning to buy a house which is in Hosur,Tamil Nadu. All legal documents are good and verified and I'm getting loans approved for this project by LIC/HDFC.
But the worry is they dont have HNTDA approval only approval from panchanyat. Can this be purchased or it will create a problem after few years while i look to sell it?

If Mr. A a partner of a firm hires Mr. B as a sales agent and gives Mr. B commission on the basis of monthly sales conducted by Mr. B, then is it necessary to be in written form or just by word of mouth it can be considered as an agreement.
