Hai Expert
My uncle (Mama) has taken 5 lakhs Rupees from my father, and due to family relationship we didn't make any documents for the same, but now he is not ready to pay money.
He has got Rs.5 stamp paper in 2005 , on his name to execut agreement for money but we didn't make.
But unfortunately we got the blank stamp paper which he has purchased on his name,
Can we write on that and execute the same and file a case ???
Will we get succeed??

Hi,
I brought a commercial car 1 year back on Finance.I have paid 12 EMI's for this car and 36 EMI's are pending (out of 4 years Finance). I want to sell this car now in certain amount and buyer will pay remaining EMI's going forward. EMI will continue to deduct from my bank account in future and buyer will give me same amount of bank check every week.
For this, I will make an legal affidavit document wherein I will mention above point in form of terms and condition.
Now, My question is if buyer skipped any EMI in future or don't submit complete EMI's then can this affidavit be used as proof in court? will court accept this affidavit as selling proof and can help me in enquiry over buyer?
Also please let me know any other legal document I must prepare while selling my car.
Please help me in this question asap and let me know for any other information required
Regards
Anshul

Is there any law for documents validity after death for e.g. "A" signed a cash voucher (rent receipt) of Rs. 3 lac then after 6 months he dies then his son sued against tenant. Tenant submits the receipt to the court is it valid document?
Is there any law for limit of cash received in one transaction?
If I pay cash to builder and enter into a MOU with builder issuing a security cheque for the same amount given and a promissory note would it be sufficient to secure the transaction?if yes then What are important clauses that need to come in the promissory note and the MOU?
Respected Experts,
Namasthe.
I wish to inform that a trial was conducted in a criminal case for three years and the judgment was given by Hon. Court.
Can we publish the total documents of trial - from FIR to judgment like FIR, charge sheet, deposition statements, judgment etc as a book ?
