What are Benefits of Registering WILL with sub-registrar ?
If Someone Just Write Down His WILL in Front of 2 Witness and Kept it with Himself than there will be any legal consequence of same ?

I am having marital dispute with my husband and living separately.I am staying with my daughter .She is 5 years.Her Birth Certificate has my (Mother's name) Sunita Bhardwaj i.e with surname after marriage .I want to ask if there is a provision of getting my name changed to my maiden's name in her Birth certificate i.e to Sunita Sharma.I need to get her passport made.My Passport has my Maiden Name i.e Sunita Sharma. Infact All my documents have my maiden name except her Birth certificate which is causing lot of issues.

We have dispute between two partners , my land is mortgaged in MPFC where we have agreed mutually to release my mortgaged land and keep another property by partner.
We have partnership deeds between us so I will have to sign the documents of another property for its mortgaging. But I do want to do it. Can it be possible after dissolving partnership or any other way so that my land will be released and another property my partner can get mortgaged by him self registering it
Please suggest .

Sir my name is umesh gaur and my DOB is 18th Feb 1994 and my birth certificate also of the same year but on that time in my birth certificate by mistakenly my mother name listed as Geeta which actually not her name in other document.Actually her name is Pushpa Devi which need to be change in my birth certificate to make my passport.
Please do some needful help to solve this problem.

Including present trustees in the trust deed
Dear all,
We (trust) are applying for permission to start a school. We approached Block Education Officer with all the documents He is telling that the trust deed does not have the existing trustees names, hence suggested to include their names and submit else it would not be considered and will be rejected.
I tried explaining him that the trustee names appearing in the trust deed are those who were available at the time of opening the trust, Thereafter, when ever trustees resigned and appointed we took resolutions in the minutes and submitted the same to various department like income tax. ministry of home affairs etc.
He is not convinced nor agreeing to what I am saying. He says the present trustees' names must be included int he trust deed and must be approved by any competent authorities like court or sub register officer.
Can you please suggest in this matter. 31st January is the last day for submission of our application.
