Respected Sir,
A flat sold in the year 2003 Sale Deed, Power of Attorney and transfer documents were done and is all with the buyer, but the buyer did not pay stamp duty, registered the sale deed or done the necessary transfers in Cidco and now the buyer wants to pay stamp duty,Registration and do the necessary Transfer in Cidco and is forcing the seller to sign on fresh agreement and that too todays valuation of flat either giving any money to the seller. Can't he register, pay stamp duty and transfer in cidco on old sale deed by paying penalty etc. why is he forcing the seller for no fault. Your reply in this matter will be highly appreciated

dear sir/ madam i have taken personal loan from home credit india which 40k with interest rate 28.22% for 1 year .. and they r taking emi for this 4276 ..as i search to all online emi calculator the emi value should be 3776 with all these value ... need help agaist home credit india

Respected sir,
I obtained obc certificate for swami caste in 2014. Now from my cousions I came to know that I made wrong certificate. instead of swami caste it should be bairagi caste in the certificate. Since both casts are mentioned side by side in the state government list and both are bhramins due to some confusion it happened and I applied for swami caste whereas now I came to know that all my cousins have certificate of bairagi caste only. Now my real sister got her obc certificate with bairagi caste only. So shud I also apply for new certificate or get my old one corrected by referring to my sister's and other cousins certificate. Plus I have not used my obc anywhere becoz no such requirement appeared as such till date.

the writer wrote a sell agreement and at the end first took the thumb impressions of the parties and later wrote farik avval which slightly came over the thumb impression of the farik avval. court considered that the thumb impressions were taken on blank paper and later written on it. there are two attestators of the document and the writer himself. can it be rebuted?

Father has given permission to his son to construct house in his plot. The construction permission is in the name of both father and son and for bank loan of son father is coborrower. But in fact son is repaying the loan and also beard entire construction cost. Father has no contribution in this construction. Now in the assessment list of municipal corporation name of both father and son recorded. Father wants to remove the name from assessmnt. Please tell me which document is correct whether sale deed of 1/2 share in the constrction or release deed of half share.

Sir I am now working in a sainik school which is under ministry of defence.when I joined the job I was on my final semester of m.sc.due to leave problem I could not appear in the exam. But next year the exam fall in the vacation that why I appeared and passed.I did not take any NOC but I informed them.and after passing I write an application to include my degree in service book and they accepted.my question is that ashe my m.sc was regular so can I show the job and m.sc simultaneously.

I want to apply for pan card for my father. The original has been lost and we want to apply for a new one. Also the details like DOB,correction in name and address needs to be corrected but I have only Aadhar card as proof of identitiy on his behalf. He is handicapped and cannot walk. I want to get all of his documents of identity. Please let me know how can I proceed.

Hello,
My son was born in Mumbai and in his birth certificate there is incorrect surname which we want to correct, so please suggest me how can i do this change?
Also can i make correction in his Birth Certificate in Pune? instead of Mumbai.

i have Post office depoists accounts in city named A( my ancestral place , i have my school certificate also from same place). I send/ visit my mother every month and i give 75% salary to my mother and she depoist 50% from that in my name in post office, in city A. As i am not staying in city A my name was removed from a ration card also . My brother , mother stay in city A
For job purposes i stay in CITY B.
i dont have voter card , adhar card , ration card, driving license etc of city A. as proof of address of city A
.i have driving licence of city B and stay in rent house ,--where i stay now for job and i am unmarried .
Now post office authorities ask for KYC update documents of city A where i hold depoists. i could not neither take or depoist money in this postoffice CITY A . mother worried
How to solve this .
