If documents not get from respective govt. dept then what should I do. already so many applicable given on his format but last 3 4 years I have not got.

I live in Townsville, Australia, and I am working out my family tree. Both my mother and grandmother (both deceased) were born in Allahabad and I do not have their birth certificates. Is there any way I can get them without travelling to Allahabad?

Sub:Refund or adjustment in stamp duty & registration charges.My cousin wish to buy a flat which is of resale by flat owner not builder. first owner has paid stamp duty 60000 and registration charges 6000 . now the registrar of stamps says pay 180000 stamp duty again and registration charges 30000. can new buyer get refund of stamp duty and registration charges paid by previous buyer? IF yes what is procedure?

Sir my name is mahesh Kumar sir my query is that in my 10 and 12 marksheet my father name is rampal rana and mother name is Satya rana but in my caste certicate my father name is ram prashad but in my father document I.e pan card ,aadhar card father name is ram pal and in my pan card ,aadhar card my father name is ram pal so what I do as it's is not create problem in govt jobs pls

I have rented a portion of my property for 11 months on leave and license basis up to 31/10/2017. I need the premises now for my personal use. How should I serve the notice to the licensee to vacate the premises after completion of the license period. What should be the mode of the service of the notice. What if the licensee refuses to accept the notice served by hand. Need guidance for the same.

Hi I had a friend who said he wanted to marry me. But after 7-8 months of my denial, I received a call from the police station to verify if m safe as they had received a complaint saying i m married n m forcefully locked in my house to keep me out of my husband. Later the guy mailed me a picture of marriage certificate which had my name and photograph with his, it had errors with my address mentioned. Also he attached a half torn receipt of some temple which had my name but the signature below was not mine. Also his signature was not seen. I wanted to file a case against him but the lawyers said there is nothing in the case and it will take 10+ n i might still loose the case. and they suggested I apply for a divorce in mutual consent to get done quickly. But my query is how can he manage to create the marriage certificate without my knowledge? Is the department that corrupt? Secondly please guide me if I can file a case against him as i don't want to let him go easy.

my property is situated at malad, there are 40 tenants in my chawl, in pr card, assessment tax my grandfather's name appears in NA tax my ex tenants name is there i have made an application for change the name in NA. i am having an inquiry register copy in which my grandfather had earlier paid money each room wise, but i am not having a lease deed nor i am having any rent receipt which my grandfather used to collect what should i do to claim my property?

In indemnity bond for loss of share certificate,two surity needs to sign.
I had one surety who earn 15000 p.m and had .filed ITR. and no form 16.
and another having C.A firm receiving professional fees.
Can these be surety in indemnity bond

Associate membership in co-op housing society
Respected Sir,
In our Co-operative housing society one member/flat owner has given application in favour of his wife for associate membership. The flat owner who's name stated in the purchase agreement always travels overseas for four to six month.
The purchase agreement there is only single owner and his wife's name is not mentioned.
He has given application in the month of May, 2017 alongwith cheque of Rs.100/-
Can it will be consider and approve for Associate Membership in favaour his wife.
Please advise.
