Appeal /Revision against sentence of Probation is maintainable or not

I had filed a crl case us 325 ipc etc in which accused were held guilty and were released on probation,i want to file a appeal for enhancement of sentence,is it permissible,kindly advice,Thanx

Accused persons are not aquited, they are on probetion. it means court find them gu ilty. but in as the case is under Section 325 IPC and if the accused persons has no previous conviction, in my opinion the court has passed the correct order

Yes. I too think so. More over you not a prosecution side. You are just defacto complainant. So if its necessary mean assistant public prosecutor can appeal against any acquittal. You can't..
