where the agent is having interest in the subject matter can the principal terminate his agency and what is the position of the agent in case of death of the principal

even if the agent is having interest in the subject matter , the principal can easily terminate the agency but if any loss done to the agent, that shall be compensated.

effcet of Death of the Principal depends on several factors like facts and circumstances. Ig the agent is just a person wrking for the principal , and business goes on, it shall not affect the agent's relation.
you have to see it with facts..

Principal could be a comany also.
