Validity of HMI 24

Dear Experts, Under cruilaity and desertion I have filed divorce after my wife said she will not join me at any cost In my RCR her cross. She is working in a repeated MNC wig her MCA qualification as Sr. Analyst. It seems she is going to file HMI24, PLAESE let me know how do I defend to dismiss the HMI 24. PLAESE GIVE ME SUPREME COURT judgement referances Thanks for your support

Produce proof for her employment like salary slip income tax returns in the court to prove that she is employed and earning comfortably

Produce the source of earning proof of your wife in court to prove that she is employed and earning.
