Regarding refund of security deposit neet counselling mds 2024

Sir i registered for NEET MDS counselling 2024 at Rajasthan .I have paid refundable security deposit amount Rs.25000 as part of counselling on October 18th 2024 . I haven’t got MDS PG allotment during that councelling and the refund amount not yet credited to my account.I have sent an E mail regarding the same to their provided help line and to the chairman of the counselling but there was no reply .Its been one year now i have paid the amount.Now this year NEET counselling is going on and till now they didnt not refund the amount.What should i do to get my money.kindly reply

You can send a legal notice demanding the refund through your lawyer, failing to comply with the demand you may file a money recovery suit against them to recover your amount.

Yes, send legal notice to counseling committee and demand refund of security amount, failing wich you can approach Consumer Commission for their deficiency in services or file money recovery suit .
