The unregistered relinquishment deed is not valid.  Whether the stamp duty was paid, and whether witnesses were signed on the deed?

No, such unregistered relinquishment deed is not valid .

Very well analysed, opined and advised by learned senior experts, I agree and appreciate their acumen.

Unregistered RD is a waste paper.

I agree with views of the experts above.

An unregistered release deed may not be valid however it can be proved through the witnesses attested the deed to prove its authenticity.

Whose property? Why relinquishment?

Not valid legally.
