Do the business strategies and earning methods of milifestyle marketing is illegal or on disputes

Plenty of video clips have been watched recently about the business plans, marketing and growth of the MILifestyle Marketing Co. stating that direct selling is promoted by the governments and Multi level Marketing is going to rule the world soon.

The news are like that the company strategies and plans help the very poor and financially/educationally low level people to earn more money in a shirt period throgh MLM or direct selling.

Whether the company's plans and style of business are legal or fraudulent.

As you mentioned that it is multi level marketing strategy, they may not be reliable hence a proper scrutiny of their strategy and business operations is to be observed.

If you could mention/indicate the concerned Act or Laws - to be referred in connection with Direct Selling and Multi Level Marketing, that will be very much helpful to indeed.

And also wish to know whether any ammendments/revisiobs been made in those laws, to liberalise the former norms/rules set by the concerned Govt /Dept / Authorities recently.

Mi lifestyle marketing operate legally with in India's Direct selling frame work. However, the MLM model can be risky while the company insists on product focused sales, the broader industry shows that only a small fraction of participants truly profit, and many earn very little or suffer losses. Carefully asses whether the investment in time, efforts and possibly inventory is worthwhile.
