Partition of ancesterol property

How is an ancestral property shared between Hindu Undivided Family with 6 heirs, 3 sons and 3 daughters, having equal share, i.e. 1 acer per heir. Elder son is the Karta. Is it senior to junior order plus/or any direction specific (North to West) etc. All 6 are unable to reach at a mutual consent.

Quick Summary
When an ancestral property needs to be partitioned among Hindu Undivided Family heirs, and mutual consent cannot be reached, filing a partition suit in a civil court is the recommended course of action. The court will ascertain each heir's rights and determine their specific share. It's advisable to seek professional legal assistance from a local lawyer to navigate the process effectively.

If HUF is intact, entire property is with the Karta. When a partition is sought it implies that HUF has been dissolved, is it so ?

Facts posted are contradictory.

It is better to seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts/documents and necessary advise/ proceeding.

Any co- sharer  can file suit for partition of disputed property and get specific share (marked) through court order/judgement.

You file a suit for partition before the jurisdictional civil court , the court will first ascertain your rights in the property and then the court will decide about each heir's share in the final decree applicaiton with the assistance of advocate commissioner accordingly

Very well analysed, opined and advised by experts, I endorse the same.

File a suit for partition before jurisdictional court seeking professional services of a local prudent lawyer for proper guidance and necessary proceeding.
