5 vague and irrelevant posts by Mr. Kumar Doab (fake name) as if playing a number game merely to add number of advice to his credit!

You are closest to the family and situation and you alone can trust or mistrust your father.

It is your call.

Eventually he may pay you in one or other way.

Recently in another matter FIL has paid to DIL after death of her husband, although after some time.

Court alone can revoke the said deed on merits and facts.

For your satisfaction visit a counsel as suggested above and avoid the entities that loiter at online portals to allure and fleece unsuspecting querists.....

You have already seen IT=@PSD has nosedived to the smell of your query at LCI...........from one of IT's multiple fake ID's many of which have been blacklisted/blocked/blackened..........

@ Adv. Raj Malhotra,

I also had some doubt about the identity of both the fellows, but some tentative base was necessary for treating them as the same..

By the way, on what specific consideration you have treated both Mr. Doab and Jigyasu as the same person? You may like to share your views with me and other readers.

For the present, your right is gone with your NOC. Now you will have to forget it for the present and have patience till the death of your father to reacquire your right, provided your father does not dispose of the property in any manner, he likes..

By the way on what basis you can prove that your NOC in vavour of your father was fake?
