I am staying in chs located in Mumbai suburbs having 10 story building my flat on 4 th floor my livimg room ceiling is started deteriorating last year and now exposed rcc element seen .society is telling me it's member responsibility. I am of view that it's society to do the needful. Who will bear the repairing cost?
