A Misc.Appeal filed under Order 43 Rule 1(d) seeking to set aside an exparte decree in an Original Suit, wherein summons were duly served to me for lack of furnishing of address at the time of the trial was dimissed in Misc Appeal U/O 43Rule 1(d) inspite of all the Bailiff Report, Cause Title not showing up with my address where the summons can be delivered.
What next legal remedy is available for me against this order passed. Kindly guide.
