As a licensor, I have rented out a flat for an 11-month to a licensee with registered leave and license agreement in Navi Mumbai first time,She has just completed 03 months and now insisting for an NOC as police asked her to bring for verification purpose. can I legally refuse to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the licensee's Tatkal passport police verification? Or am I required by law to provide additional document support?
