Authority to sell church property

does the parish priest of the church have the authority to sell the church property ?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a parish priest has the authority to sell church property. The content indicates that a priest cannot unilaterally sell church property, citing a past instance where it was sold in 2002. The current owner wishes to sell, prompting questions about the possibility of purchasing the property and the validity of the original sale deed.
