I have one querry regarding the recovery of maintenance from husband into enforcement of maintenance proceeding. The husband neglect to pay maintenance and avoid it. The husband working at post office. So whether the wife in a recovery proceeding call upon summons to post Master for calling salary certificate.
What is the provision and whether call into execution petition?
