Move an application u/o XXII Rule 3 r/w Section 151 CPC with death certificate of workman / petitioner to implead widow as substitute of the workman

Yes, petitioner's wife has to move an application u/order 22rule 3 read with sec 151 CPC to substitute her in place of workman as she has right to continue the proceedings.
