Volunteer resignation

HI EXPERTS. GOOD EVENING:- I AM SRIKANTH- WORKED WITH AN FINANCIAL NBFC FROM 2024 TO JUNE-2026. I WAS ASKED BY MY HR-HEAD AND INFORMED ME ABOUT MY LAST WORKING DAY- THE REASON BEHIND HE STATED IS DUE TO EXCESS MANPOWER AND HIGH COST. MY EX ORGANIZATION ALSO PAID 2 MONTHS OF MY SALARY AND TAKEN OUT FROM THEIR ROLES. ACCORDING TO MY APPOINTMENT ORDER ITSELF ITS MENTIONED 3 MONTHS NOTICE PERIOD FROM EITHER SIDE. I OBSERVED THAT BEHIND THIS PURELY POLICITICS IS INVOLVED N MY SUPERIORS LEVEL . MY CONCERNS ARE:- A.WITHOUT MY PROPOER INFORMATION IN WRITTEN TO ME CAN THEY EXECUTE MY EMPLOYMENT CLOSURE?. B)FROM MYSIDE I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY WRITTEN OR MAILED INFORMATION REGARDING MY RESIGNATION. C)FROM JUNE-26 TO TILL NOT I AM UNEMPLOYED -ALSO MY AGE IS AROUND 50. PLEASE ADVICE- MAY I PROCEED AGAINST LEGALLY AND DEMAND FOR ANY COMPENSATION? IF YES WHAT ARE ALL THE WAYS TO CLAIM. REGARDS SRIKANTH PS

Quick Summary
A financial professional was informed of their last working day due to excess manpower, despite a three-month notice period in their appointment letter. They did not submit a written resignation and suspect internal politics played a role. The employee is seeking advice on whether they can pursue legal action for compensation, especially given their age and current unemployment.

In the absence of  voluntary resignation from the employee's part, any type of termination/cessation ought to be through the due process. You can initiate legal action in the given facts.

You may initiate necessary legal action through a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters, action of the company is arbitrary, illegal and invalid.

Employer can not legally terminate your services without following terms and conditions of appointment letter. You may proceed for legal action.
