We had adverse order in ESI Court in 2001, got favourable judgement in Single bench in HC, again stayed by Division Bench. We moved Supreme Court but last month, it was disposed of. Within a month without prior notice, ESI Dept issued Garnishee Order to our Bank to freeze and take away demanded money by breaking FD. No prior intimation is give. We never disputed claim except Calculation. Now long weekend and Diwali. In which way, we can defreeze account? Should we pay and file writ in HC.
Please advise urgently.
