I am unmarried and Unemployed girl applied for AlC/Ib Certificate in j&k but ....i applied with father and mother income which come out to be 5.2 lakhs per N um...but tehsidlar rejected it bcoz i didnt uploaded my brother Income certificate as he is elder to me ..and employed in govt job and share share same ratiom card.but Rule 22 of SRO 294 says ...income of parents only
