My friend take Notarized divorce dose it legally or they have to go through court and have to file and take dikri.

Yes...notarized divorce is not legal...both party has to file a mutual consent divorce in a concern court...it will take 6 month for two motion

Notarizes divorce is  illegal. You both have totake MCD which will be decrred maximum within  6 months.

It has no legal value, it is illegal and unlawful. File Mutual Consent Divorce in the Family Court.

Moderation is very poor in the forum.  If a member is posting one query so many times, administrator could not warn the member, and it is those members that read and reply each query has to take this burden also.

There should be a system of warning / infraction on those members who misuse / abuse the forum.

If you are from Gujarat and belong to particular cast/commuinty and got married to person from same case, then YES. Notorised Divorce is accepted. This is narrow exception applies to only particular community/caste.

 

If otherwise, no.
