You should have mention if there was a option in the form but don't worry it's very common act. You can forget it

There was line...fine by court of law...but no mention exclusively for chalan...I put no to option...will this treated as misconduct and affect my candidature..?

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     15 August 2025

Generally the traffic challan is for petty offences by which the person would not be sentenced to undergo imprisonment.

Police may not maintain any criminal records against the individuals for such traffic offences by which the individual was let off with fines.

Hence you may not worry for not disclosing this iin your applicaiton form

Dr. J C Vashista (Advocate )     15 August 2025

Petty issue, which do not come under the perview of moral turpitude or integrity to mention in the form.

Did you put this question to your professor / coach /tutor????????

R.K Nanda (Advocate)     15 August 2025

Not necessary to mention.

Sir... tutors told me about not to worry.

However I needed some profesional advice from legal side...which I am relieved now.

What exactly is the information sought?

Answer to question No 1 as set out by  you in the examination paper is negative, accordingly question No 2 do not stand at its own legs.
